Holy Cross Medical Center is conducting a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) to evaluate the overall health needs of our region. The CHNA provides numerous organizational and community benefits, such as identifying community health needs, addressing health disparities, and recognizing key service delivery gaps.
Community members are invited to participate in a survey that will guide this important assessment. The survey will be available until January 31st, and your anonymous responses will help Holy Cross leadership gain insight into diverse community perspectives, prioritize the health needs of our area, and develop an action plan to address those needs effectively.
Jeannie Ross, Director of Holy Cross Medical Center Community Health Services, emphasized, “We are really hoping to get as much participation as possible for this year’s survey. The more information we collect, the better we can meet the needs of those we serve. I encourage everyone to take the survey — it’s a great opportunity to make your voice heard and share your opinions on local healthcare.”
